What can I do with a major in performing arts?

Adelphi’s Center for Career and Professional Development offers support and tools to help you figure out your optimal career path. Use the Career Path resource to see what careers are often connected to a degree in major in performing arts, whether your  concentration is in acting or design/technology. Adelphi offers a unique combined baccalaureate/master’s five year program which allows students to major in theatre and also fulfill courses in education that will lead to New York State teaching certification.
